    The tops are good, you can take a size smaller if you need more compression. Ordered L (my normal size), fits quite well. For active training will not suit me, since there is very little support with this size, I think for training I had to order s. But walking at home or just walking is a great convenient option. Good internal inserts, the chest is beautifully kept even without taking into account compression (the only nuance is that they are not removed, there are no slots in the top itself). Shipment/delivery fast. I recommend the product and the store.
