I’m 5’6”, 164 pounds, 36D, 29-30” pants, size 10, I also wear medium tops and underwear. This is silky soft. It is short. It does hold my breasts up great and the halter is a satin ribbon tie halter. I bought M which fit great except the underwear. They fit but I had the elastic bulge look. A Large could have worked and then the panties would have fit better. Came just like the image shows.

The main material on the babydoll feels lovely against the skin. The lace tie, around the neck, is uncomfortable though. The babydoll fit was as expected, but the cheap g string that comes with it is slightly larger. Because it ties in the back, you could go down a size, but you don’t have to do that.
